Our adult Smile Care Plan includes:

- 1 Set of X-rays (if needed)
- 1 Fluoride treatment
- No charge for emergency exams -20% off of ALL other treatments

Our pediatric Smile Care Plan includes:

- 1 set of X-rays (if needed)
- 2 fluoride treatments
- No charge for emergency exams
- 20% off all other treatments
*does not include $15 charge for Nitrous Oxide
